Yes we do! FuzeHost's staff are often on live support ready to assist you and answer any questions you have. Our staff volunteer to be on live support. Therefore if a member of staff is not busy, then he/she will be on live support. In cases where we are extremely busy, or performing maintenance, live support will not be available (but you are more than welcome to open a ticket). Typically, live support is available 10 hours to 15 hours a day.
We recommend customers use our live support for Sales, Billing and basic tech support. If your issue is complex and requires some time to fix, then the tech will ask you to open a ticket instead.
